These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of coaching services provided by Owl & Fire – Coaching by Carsten Diederich (“we,” “us,” “our”) to clients (“you”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
We provide professional coaching sessions in person (Zurich, Switzerland) and online. Coaching is a process of personal development, reflection, and goal setting. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice.

2. Booking & Payment

Coaching sessions can be booked via our website or directly by email.

Fees will be communicated in advance and are payable via the accepted payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Wix Payments).

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will be charged at 100% of the agreed fee.

In case of emergencies or illness, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
4. Confidentiality

All personal information and content shared during coaching sessions are treated as strictly confidential.

We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Client Responsibility

Coaching requires your active participation, honesty, and commitment.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching process.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice. If in doubt, you should seek professional help from a licensed expert.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
